You know they have talent. That was always the most embarrassing tale of the tape. Idaho St with dudes all over the place making our team look like D3 players. Then we’d go out and win because they’re a mess.

So if and when our next coaching change comes....are we going to have to post the damn position for 30 days again before announcing, leaving 30 days of instability where players can leave.  Other schools have a new coach in place in about a week.  Not that players still may not leave during any coaching change, but when there is no head coach for 30 days.....that is a long time for uncertainty and more time for players to think about leaving....instead of meeting and getting excited about the new coach.

I believe UND could do a turn-around this fast with an internal hire.

Looks like that's what MoiSt did (Beard was the DC).

i now eastern mich is FBS but technically they are kinda FCS...but anyways....they used to be an embarrassement...but they are beating up sjsu in bowl game....are they still reaping some benefits of the kalen daboer experiment from a few years ago?

Are you asking if they are gaining something from when DeBoer was OC/QB coach for 3 seasons, the most recent being 2016? I mean, they are 35-34 since he left and were 10-27 while he was there? Maybe Chris Creighton figured something out to not be a such a doormat?
