So if and when our next coaching change comes....are we going to have to post the damn position for 30 days again before announcing, leaving 30 days of instability where players can leave. Other schools have a new coach in place in about a week. Are you asking if they are gaining something from when DeBoer was OC/QB coach for 3 seasons, the most recent being 2016? I mean, they are 35-34 since he left and were 10-27 while he was there?
