So by adding mens ice hockey and women's lacrosse, Augie is up to sponsoring 23 sports.   Seems too much like a house of cards to stand for long.

Like most that transition they will remove sports, most likely wrestling as 1. But they also have a large donor that they are able to keep going into his deep pockets.

Since this is a non UND College Hockey Thread, posting info on Army and Niagara,

Army things to watch

Side note, if you have Flo Sports, watch an Army Broadcast, Nikolai Busko is one of the best in this game at what he does, rarely repeats words, is loud but informative without being a homer. Seth Dussault from AIC is superb as is the RIT Broadcast (they have a 30 minute LIVE PREGAME SHOW!! (pretty sure its live) )  TLDR, a lot of AHA schools have superb productions.

Mankato would be a good fit in the NCHC. I think that different schools have different desires when it comes to leaving/joining certain conferences. Some seek out a competitive cauldron like the NCHC or Hockey East. Teams like that tend to get stronger. Other schools want to be a big fish in a little pond, and seek out weaker conferences.
