Kab Posted November 28, 2021 Posted November 28, 2021 Had a 9 point lead at one time , don’t know what happened Quote
SiouxFan100 Posted November 28, 2021 Posted November 28, 2021 Women beat Brown 65-46 looks like we dominated in shooting and rebounding OLane with 11 points Arth and Borowitz with 17 points each We shot 40% from the field and 43% from the three encouraging 2 Quote
shep Posted November 29, 2021 Posted November 29, 2021 Gonna be a fun group to watch this year. Quote
ND-fan Posted November 29, 2021 Posted November 29, 2021 They looked better with Olivia Lane back and Borowicz we are better than last year but right now we are still going to have hard time in the Summit conference. The two South Dakota schools we are going to have hard time matching up against they are longer and more athletic than we are right now. Lane, Leet, and Anderson gets us part of the way there but we have no more depth at those positions to match up with their benches. Ndsu we should be able to match up with them were very similar in talent on front lines and i think we may be better at the guard positions. Western Illinois i think is quicker and maybe deeper on the front line. The rest of Summit i haven't watch play yet so i can't say how we would match up. My guess is we could reach 5 position in the Summit with a chance to beat either the 4 or 3 teams on given night but the Two South Dakota Schools are cut above the rest of us as it stands now. South Dakota State if they get Selland back and she returns playing like she did last year it will be very difficult task to nearly impossible of beating them. They would have very complete team better than last year especially with their new point guard Meyer. South Dakota is just experienced team with 3 five year starters back this year and their bench seems to be improved. Quote

SWSiouxMN Posted December 1, 2021 Author Posted December 1, 2021 UND up 12 midway through the 2nd quarter against a bad Siena squad. Hitting shots from the outside, but the turnovers are preventing this from being a runaway 1 Quote
SWSiouxMN Posted December 1, 2021 Author Posted December 1, 2021 Women take down Siena 71-63 Now at 3-4 on the year. Great opportunities to get to a winning non-conference record before NDSU. Just need to knock off the rust for Lane. Turnovers need to be dealt with. 23 of them. 1 Quote
MoSiouxFan Posted December 4, 2021 Posted December 4, 2021 Women reach the 0.500 mark(4-4) by beating Minn. Morris 97-55. Quote
SWSiouxMN Posted December 4, 2021 Author Posted December 4, 2021 Would have loved to see what they could have done if they were full strength from game 1. going in the right direction Quote

They needed this blowout win, even if it was against a D2. They've doubled their win total from last season, admittedly a modest accomplishment. Are they going to get Gordon back? If not, what happened? Quote
SiouxFan100 Posted December 16, 2021 Posted December 16, 2021 Mayville must be pretty good We are up by two just into the second half Quote
SiouxFan100 Posted December 16, 2021 Posted December 16, 2021 Still up by three couple minutes into 4th quarter mayville Quote
SWSiouxMN Posted December 16, 2021 Author Posted December 16, 2021 After some good progress the last couple of weeks, this is the last thing UND needed to happen. 44 for Mayville has 14 points, 18 rebounds and 8.... that's right 8 Blocks! Quote
