Not a bad concept at all, especially now in the era of NIL and transfer portal. Ultimately, a coach that can install a winning, disciplined culture will be the most successful, as the transfers and younger players still have to fight for what’s best for the team, and strive for championship excellence. In other words, the coach needs to be able to move the players away from individualism. As of now, I have a bad feeling about this situation. I think Chaves sits on this thing (again) and UND continues to be far behind the other Dakota MVFC schools. Rock bottom Don't really have to hope they lose. It's inevitable at this point. We all knew that the Jacks were gonna win and likely roll us this weekend. We are 10 point dogs at home against the Yotes this weekend. And does anyone think we are going to beat a likely 8-3 Illinois St team on the road the last game of the season?!!
