Blackheart Posted December 7, 2015 Posted December 7, 2015 Any chance Midco picks these games up? Quote
SiouxTupa Posted December 7, 2015 Posted December 7, 2015 Any chance Midco picks these games up?It was shown during the last games that the Duluth games will be on MIDCOSN2. I know for sure they said they'll be on, the exact channel is what I seem to remember. Quote

Oxbow6 Posted December 7, 2015 Posted December 7, 2015 Expect this to be a real good series.........a split on the road in the NCHC is not a bad outcome........but a sweep is better! Quote
InHeavenThereIsNoBeer Posted December 7, 2015 Posted December 7, 2015 UMD coming off a no-contest series against a struggling WMU team. Hopefully we can surprise them with a couple of early goals to start the series in their own building.Thursday night can't get here soon enough so I can start the drive down Highway 2! Quote
Let'sGoHawks! Posted December 7, 2015 Posted December 7, 2015 Duluth will need to score early to take the UND crowd out of it. 5 1 Quote

InHeavenThereIsNoBeer Posted December 7, 2015 Posted December 7, 2015 Where do people meet before and after the game in duluth?Grandma's is a big meet up spot. Good little buffet, pitcher drink deals, and short walk across the bridge to Amsoil. Quote

Their goalie had a shut-out streak of 3 1/2 games (ruined during the second period during Saturday night's WMU game), so that'll be an interesting match up vs the CBS line. Quote
sioux24/7 Posted December 8, 2015 Posted December 8, 2015 Will be there with buddies. Cannot wait for this weekend! Quote
Siouxman Posted December 8, 2015 Posted December 8, 2015 Will also be there, staying in Canal Park. Quote

scpa0305 Posted December 9, 2015 Posted December 9, 2015 Can anyone tell me how the UMD NCHC.tv feed is? Quote
southpaw Posted December 9, 2015 Posted December 9, 2015 Can anyone tell me how the UMD NCHC.tv feed is?it's ok. They stay pretty wide on their main camera and have a massive scorebug in the top left. I believe announcers are just the radio feed. They do have replays. And it's 720p but I believe only a wide and slightly less wide camera. No corner or slash cameras for other angles. 1 Quote
LuvHockey Posted December 9, 2015 Posted December 9, 2015 From the Ciskie Blog about this weekend up in Duloot:Couple public service announcements:1. This is a busy, busy weekend at the DECC complex. There's the Bentleyville Christmas light display at Bayfront Park, the Nutcracker ballet shows at DECC Symphony Hall, and the Arrowhead Ice Fishing Show at the DECC. They will all draw huge crowds, on top of the 7,000 and change expected for the hockey games. Consider yourself warned. Go early, walk over to Canal Park and kill some time, and know you have a parking spot and fairly easy access to the arena to get in the game on time.2. Saturday night, UMD is conducting its annual toy drive. If you're going to the game, please consider bringing a new, unwrapped toy or two to donate. Hopefully, we can set a record with a standing room only gathering anticipated. Sadly, no Teddy Bear Toss this year, but the toy drive should be huge. Would love it if you could bring something to donate. Cannot go myself, but this is for those who can... Quote
