Doesn’t matter. He called fair catch and the Jacks defender didn’t allow him the space to catch it. They will call that every time.

So if I call fair catch and wait 5 yards behind the ball.....then at the last second run up...the punting team has to stand like 7 yards away from me?? PR really misjudged the ball, I don't know what the rule says but shouldn't be penalized for the mistakes of the other team IMO.....either way SDSU could've still not let them score.
