cberkas Posted January 18, 2015 Posted January 18, 2015 And, if you'll note, 2 gophers on 1 badger until Rumpel steps in. Tough guys. It looked to me that a 6th player #19 came from Minnesota's bench to help out lol. Quote
Frozen4sioux Posted January 18, 2015 Posted January 18, 2015 Neither of those plays happened as you described. Yes. They did. Rau went down like he got hit by a bus from a touch to the back. Third period, I was watching with my kids and I was telling them what a chicken $h!7 player Rau was and to watch him as he is exactly what they don't want to be on the ice..... Sure enough not a minute later, he goes down like a hooker short on rent money. Quote
Frozen4sioux Posted January 18, 2015 Posted January 18, 2015 Dangerous hit by Wisconsin started a hell of a brawl. Here's some vines, starting with the hit. https://vine.co/v/OjXbep01p9e https://vine.co/v/OjXhiIPUAep https://vine.co/v/OjXqxzBdwMU These videos are fake. We all know, ALL COLLEGE HOCKEY knows that the only way Minnesota or Wisconsin fights is if some 38 year old from Saskatoon with SIOUX on his chest starts playing dirty , Right .......right....amiright....amiright 1 Quote

Guess Lucifer and the writer will never be over the Sioux. Gotta love the Eaves quote as well: “We’ve used the analogy of puppies in a box; they always want to get out and when they do something good you want to scratch them behind the ear and the next thing you know they’re crapping on the carpet,” he said. “We crapped on the carpet tonight. Mariucci Posted January 18, 2015 Posted January 18, 2015 Little 6 has no one in the top 16. Next week Michigan plays with poison. There is no upside playing the Badgers. Gophers get to the tough part of their schedule playing Mankato and possibly Duluth. When it's all said and done I think Michigan and the Gophers make the tourney and both are good enough to make a run. Michigan has been one of the better teams in the country after their tough start. Michigan has been one of the better teams in the country after their tough start. Seriously though, having OSU, MSU and Wisconsin on your schedule allows for no errors for PWR purposes. Notice how a tie this weekend dropped the gophers 6 spots, but the win got them nothing. The Gophs moved up one spot only after Quinnipiac lost. It remains to be seen if either of your teams above do NOT have to run the table in Detroit to have a PWR above 15. Let's talk again at the end of February. Quote
