andtheHomeoftheSIOUX!! Posted October 1, 2013 Posted October 1, 2013 Faison said with the addition of the end bleachers they should eclipse the record. It looks good in there! Quote
SWSiouxMN Posted October 1, 2013 Author Posted October 1, 2013 The wheels are falling off the wagon for NDSU. We are just rolling right now. Quote
SWSiouxMN Posted October 1, 2013 Author Posted October 1, 2013 UND is hitting near .500 for a team. For a perspective, anything about a .300 a very good for a team Quote
gfhockey Posted October 1, 2013 Posted October 1, 2013 that announcer seems really annoying to me..not Hammer but the PA Quote
The Sicatoka Posted October 1, 2013 Posted October 1, 2013 Stand by for the "Ouch!" statement of the day: NDSU's volleyball team looks as inept as UND's football defense. 1 Quote
Wilbur Posted October 1, 2013 Posted October 1, 2013 Awesome job ladies. At least our volleyball coach is intense all of the time. Wow, I wouldn't want to screw up with him watching me. Quote
gfhockey Posted October 1, 2013 Posted October 1, 2013 yeah hardee is almost more intense the roebuck... Quote
homer Posted October 1, 2013 Posted October 1, 2013 Fantastic job ladies. They are on a roll. Looked like a lot of fun there tonight. Quote
108498 Posted October 1, 2013 Posted October 1, 2013 I believe we just won. Hope to see everyone back for the next home game..... October 10. Quote
UND92,96 Posted October 1, 2013 Posted October 1, 2013 Tonight was the first volleyball match I've ever attended. I will definitely come back. It was a fun evening, and I was very impressed with the play of UND. Quote
108498 Posted October 1, 2013 Posted October 1, 2013 Good to hear UND92,96. And may I add, Thanks for giving it a go. Quote
Dustin Posted October 1, 2013 Posted October 1, 2013 Hardee did a very cool thing and let every native North Dakotan (with the exception of Kellie Schmidt, who I'm suspecting is red shirting this season) play at least one serve. Quote
gfhockey Posted October 1, 2013 Posted October 1, 2013 I noticed that as well.. Kudos to him. He better get raise... I don't even think the ball teams can pack the betty like that. Quote
WeAreNorthDakota Posted October 1, 2013 Posted October 1, 2013 Great atmosphere tonight. The team's on a roll and is really fun to watch. Mussman could learn a thing or two from Hardee. There's no question how much he cares about his team and about winning. There were a few times tonight where it looked like he was gonna blow a gasket and that was while his team was doing to NDSU essentially what MSU did to our football team on Saturday. We're lucky to have a coach like Hardee on campus and everyone should make an effort to go out and support the volleyball team at some point this season. They have a chance to do something special. SiouxVolley Posted October 1, 2013 Posted October 1, 2013 Hit .500 for the match! Rarely done. Very good crowd. If we average 1300 for the rest or the games, we should average 1300 or more and be among the top 30 or 40 programs in attendance. N Iowa, Wichita St, and Creighton do that, and that helps recruiting to maintain the top 25 ranking. Road game matches vs UNC and Sac St. This was fun but be prepared to higher level opponents. Quote

In my opinion what Hardee has is something that our football team desperately needs - hard to quantify, but you know it when you see it. I'm sure there was no dance contest on the bench tonight. But that's the goal - be a premier team in the mid-major ranks. Quote
Oxbow6 Posted October 1, 2013 Posted October 1, 2013 My 13 year old daughter who plays VB and I will be there Saturday at noon. Our 1st trip to the Betty for VB. Quote
Dustin Posted October 1, 2013 Posted October 1, 2013 My 13 year old daughter who plays VB and I will be there Saturday at noon. Our 1st trip to the Betty for VB. Just wanted to point out, that game is Oct. 12. It will be against Portland State, who also is currently 4-0 in Big Sky play. Hopefully a homecoming crowd makes for a nice turn-out, in what will likely be a very significent match for the regular season. Quote
BobIwabuchiFan Posted October 1, 2013 Posted October 1, 2013 Awesome job ladies! Way to put it to the Herd Turds from Fargo! I missed last nights game, but I'm thinking next home game I'm bringing the family to see how good this team is! I've already taken them to a women's soccer game against the Turds and they really enjoyed it! Quote
darell1976 Posted October 1, 2013 Posted October 1, 2013 For those who missed last night's game it is being re-televised on Fox College Sports Pacific at 11:30am today. Quote
82SiouxGuy Posted October 5, 2013 Posted October 5, 2013 UND leading Sac State 2 sets to 1. Just starting the 4th set. No announcer on the Big Sky TV webcast. Quote
