Wilbur Posted 20 hours ago Posted 20 hours ago Sandy's Dogs got one more point than UND did this past weekend. UND getting swept by the bye week, and Duluth losing Friday while getting an OT point while not scoring any goals on Saturday in Denver. Adam Gajan heads to Italy to be an Olympian while the Shaugabay, Plante, Plante line is no more according to reports. I'd assume any time there is a power play they'll find a way to put them all on PP1. We need to take advantage of their goaltending a man down this weekend. Coach Sandy probably a bit more collapse mentality defensively without his top guy, but they still can be stingy defensively as we saw Saturday at Magness. I think they surprise us one night and the teams trade points this weekend. I'll say 4-3 Dogs, then 5-1 UND. Denver and CC clash this weekend, so we are going to need @Godsmacks Springs city kitties to take a couple from the pios as well. 1 2 Quote

I’ll do my best to cheer CC on to victory over Denver but full disclosure, my track record as a Tiger season ticket holder isn’t very good. Quote

Their big line was split up to start the game but was back together for the last two periods from what I saw in the DU Sat game. I think it was just a short-lived experiment. I'd fully expect them to be back together for our series, especially with UMD having last change. Gajan kept it close against DU...hopefully UND can get a few more past his sub this weekend. Quote

I turned as he was in mid-sentence and walked away. No self-awareness by this D bag. Out of petty spite, I enjoyed seeing Denver win that game. It’s a good thing I’m no longer bitter about it! 🤣 3 3 Quote
