I have a hard time believing 6 MVFC teams get in.  I think it is a loser goes home game.  I also don't think we will be a shafting if we don't get in with a loss.

What is Mason's injury?  Not wanting to know to be malicious but wondering what it does to his ability to be effective.

believe someone at some point indicated a broken bone in his foot. Doesn't appear to be wearing an ankle brace or ankle tape, so would assume that it was not ankle related and more in the foot. Also could potentially be why he was practicing in a more athletic style shoe then typical turf cleat/shoe. But not sure what he typically wears and some of the turf cleat/shoes have started to resemble regular athletic shoes now anyway

Agreed.   Just can’t see the committee taking 6 teams.   As it stands sdsu and und have very similar resumes. I would say sdsu is slightly better.  They have the (current) best fcs win in beating Montana st. Plus they beat sac st ,Drake and Youngstown. Thats four  teams that should be in the playoffs. Und has Youngstown.  SDSU lost to Ndsu, SD, ill st and Indiana st (ouch!!). Und lost to Montana, ndsu, sd and Kansas st. I know people are infatuated with that und “only “ lost by itsy bitsy little bit.  They lost!  The only thing that matters is W-l.  Not how little you win or lose by.  The Indiana st loss for sdsu is bad !!  That equals out the Montana st game imo but, when healthy, they have beaten three other teams that have playoff potential. Tomorrow’s game is the 5th and deciding team for the Mvfc.

If his injury is lisfranc I see healing time is six to eight weeks and can be longer depending on severity and can have lifetime issues if not properly healed continued injury can occur. My feeling they made such mistake in not just stating he was out for regular season let team move on not still be limbo with calling day to day from the beginning. SDSU football depth after Rodger’s left has shown up and I believe it going to take several years to get back to where they were. Still dangerous team still enough talent to win if things go your way.

I think the team knows.  I don’t think he plays, and are trying to play mind games with UND by putting video out of him practicing.
