Lucky for sure. There were multiple scrambles in front of their net that could have easily found twine. Quote
Popular Post brianvf Posted yesterday at 06:49 AM Author Popular Post Posted yesterday at 06:49 AM https://www.inforum.com/sports/und-hockey/arizona-state-at-north-dakota About Tyler Young: Quote "He's a guy you cheer for, because he earns everything he gets. He got in a little bit. He played well. The lineup changed. He just practiced hard, earned respect from his teammates and coaches by how he went about his business day to day. Just so happy to see him go in there and score a big goal. Everybody on the bench was standing up and cheering, because they're pulling for him and they see what kind of person he is." About dominating 3rd periods: Quote UND has now outscored its opponents 19-8 in the third period this season. Only Michigan has scored more third-period goals than UND this season. Â 5 Quote
burd Posted yesterday at 10:44 AM Posted yesterday at 10:44 AM Time will tell, but a team that builds a reputation of outplaying its opponents in the third is getting some good game coaching (in addition to never-quit culture building). 4 Quote

Oxbow6 Posted yesterday at 12:33 PM Posted yesterday at 12:33 PM When you watch Reschney live over a few games he is a modern day version of Toews at this stage. Extremely solid 200 foot game. You can tell he's going to be a pro's pro. .....and don’t get me started on Verhoeff. 17, kid is ginormous and is IMO the most physically skilled Dman UND has had since we've had season tickets...that's a long time. Enjoy these two this year. They're just different. 4 Quote

What a fun team to watch Quote

I'm guessing Martone was one of them.  It says a lot about his character that he is willing to do that and earn his spot every game.  1 Quote

Wilbur Posted yesterday at 03:48 PM Posted yesterday at 03:48 PM I enjoyed listening to Matvick. Does a good job. Play 5x5 and don't take penalties. Tonight's game is for Gibby. All in to get him the Spartan helmet. Quote

SiouxScore Posted yesterday at 05:07 PM Posted yesterday at 05:07 PM Really set the tone from the puck drop last night and then turned up the heat again in the 3rd. Lot of depth on this team that can create offense. Quote
cberkas Posted yesterday at 08:55 PM Posted yesterday at 08:55 PM Expect a @gfhockey sighting there? It is interesting they brought donors with, but they do need a new basketball arena that for some reason they are renovating. Getting ideas that I wouldn't be surprised to see in Mullet or DFA (Mullet having the bar only for a few sections needs to change). 1 Quote
