47-17 UND. The griz will steal 2 explosive long passing TDs in an otherwise dominant performance on both sides of the ball by UND. I think UND will score on all but 2-3 possessions via 5 TDs and 4 FGs. Z will have himself a game.

Jerry is a killer and is going to take the crowd out of it early and it will snowball from there. Might take a possession or 2 to overcome the environment, but I still think he gets things rolling pretty early. UND is the better team.

Who is kicking the 4 made FG’s for us????

I'm calling a turning point in the kicking game for UND. It's a decade overdue, but from here the trend is moving up. Short ones this week but 4/4 :)

I haven't done score predictions recently, but gonna trust Schmidt and company and go 34-27 UND.

If we dont have tons of turnovers or pick 6's against us or something like that think we can win.

I was confident a few days ago.....but years of crapping the bed on the road is starting to creep into my head a little. Our toughness mentally seems so much better now though.

Unfortunately I will be camping in mountains with no service so dont think I'll be able to watch or listen live. :sad:

Total guess on my part: Jamaal Young, Hoskins, Seidl, Dennis, Fleming

I would put Z in there also. Ran a 10.83 in High School. Let’s see if they use him tomorrow like they did last year against Montana.

I will say, I remember being excited about his potential when we landed him. If I recall, we got him right after Carson Hegerle committed to the Bison. Was really hoping to land Hegerle and instead we got Dennis. Never had really hear much about Hegerle and just looked him up to see he retired from football in 2024. Too bad as that kid seemed to have a lot of potential, but that's the way it goes sometime. Dennis has certainly contributed and held onto the ball while taking some massice hits (FU SDSU!), but was hoping he may be a bit more of a deep threat with his speed .... I'm shifted my excitement and hope to Deng Deng, but will be glad to eat some crow if Dennis can start catching the ball in bigger chunks.

I remember that hit by the SDSU kid.  He rightfully got thrown out of the game for it and afterwards the camera caught him laughing about it on the sideline.

As he then proceeds to write an article online engaging in the “trash talk” LOL

What a tool :)

What do you expect from someone that calls himself “Ace” 🙄?  Has to be a total tool…

@UND-FB-FAN You’re famous!

Splendid! My hopes and dreams have finally come true - thanks Ace Sauerwein!

Anyways, we’ve got their attention. Why would you want it any different? This is what makes football and specifically division 1 college football so fun. This is what we should want UND football finally participating in. Would want it no other way….

As Coach Schmidt says (Ref: https://www.grandforksherald.com/sports/college/what-those-around-eric-schmidt-say-und-has-in-its-new-head-football-coach?__vfz=medium%3Dsharebar), “everything we want is on the other side of hard” …

LETS GO HAWKS. Get it done…
