So - no one is doing their job most of this season - I can't believe this play calling problem hasn't been fixed or at least adjusted a bit. Quote

"Most of this season?" We were 6-2 after 8 games; I was at/watched all 8 games and, IMO, the play calling may not have been perfect, but was generally very good. If we had Ziebarth for the final four games, the play calling MAY have succeeded/been different in the short yardage/red zone situations in question. JMO. 1 2 Quote
CMSioux Posted Monday at 01:22 PM Posted Monday at 01:22 PM We win at least one of our losses, if not two if we have Zierbarth. Every team has injuries to deal with and we had our share that impacted our play. 1 Quote
Oxbow6 Posted Monday at 01:43 PM Posted Monday at 01:43 PM Does my (once again) prepaid 2025 playoff tickets through the Champions Club include travel and accommodations to Cookeville? 4 Quote

Several hockey schools in the northeast are FCS: Maine, New Hampshire, Ivies, to name a few. But, is it too late to schedule non-conference football once hockey season starts? 1 1 Quote

We won against weak sisters - were you in a coma during our 5 losses to good teams - games we should have won - The Bison game? Worst overall play calling I have ever seen. We have a good team and went 0-5 in close games. Look at our red zone success. 1 1 Quote

Was that simply because the calendar favored a 12 game schedule this year? Most times it's an 11 game season, I thought. It doesn't seem common to play non-conference once conference starts, but if that were a plausible scenario going forward, the hockey/football 2-for-1 weekend would be great for fans. Quote

Timing of that is somewhat determined by conference schedule. USD chose to play their 12th game early in the season while UND and NDSU for example had open weeks in September while USD played straight through. Quote
