College football away from the top 50 schools is probably dying or at least falling in popularity and relevance. Michael MacKelvie did a great video on this.

Yeah the UC Davis coach went on a mini rant about attendance yesterday too.

10,000 attendance for a home playoff game for NDSU surprised me. I knew interest had waned but not that much. Most their games are boring because of winning by lots.

Its not that the games are boring.   Its that we do it every year, nothing new or exciting about second round games for NDSU fans.

Watching SDSU and Montana St. reinforces that Bubba and Freuchte were correct and the QB simply does not matter.

What we have found out in the past week is that Bubba was completely, 100% out of touch with what is needed in today’s college football program.  From A to Z.  Just clueless

Maybe why Luke never applied. Probably in the works for awhile. I am guessing he will be a candidate for the Head Coaching job and/or have the opportunity to move up the the FBS level.

These games are just dumb.  A 6 vs. 3 matchup shouldn't have a 38 point spread 2 minutes into the second half....

NDSU will roll Mercer......

The only decent game may be South Dakota and Davis.....and I wouldn't be surprised if the Yotes won by 14.

agree.  Amazing there is that much difference between the top 3 or 4 and the rest of FCS.  

Looks like Vegas had it right with the point spreads.
