I think some players can't handle that kind of pressure, but if they want to get to the NHL they need to learn to handle that pressure. UND sets a player up to get used to that pressure and it shows with the number of players we have in the show at any given time. This is a very salient point. In the B1G, hockey is 3rd (4th if WBB is doing well). In the NCHC and even Hockey East, hockey is #1 or at least #1a. Quote

AlphaMikeFoxtrot Posted April 4 Posted April 4 Was Joaquim Lemay noticeable on Omaha's backend? Might be worth pursuing. Quote

From the rumblings, it sounds like it is between UND and UW for Wilkie. Quote

Isn’t Wilkie supposedly visiting campus today? That’s why I thought it wouldn’t be him, along with the fact that it was teased by YHH, so I figured it was a Minnesota kid. Quote

But it will 100% not be the biggest regret of his career. He was a really good player for us. Can’t stand some posters who put this stuff out. He may regret it a bit (I’m sure he will) but he’s been an awesome college player. I could see a scenario where he feels he’s ready for the next level…either AHL/NHL. 1 Quote
