Wilbur Posted March 10 Posted March 10 Miami @ UND Duluth @ Denver Western @ SCSU Omaha @ CC I think it's a safe bet to take all the home teams. Maybe a third game in Stearns County, but I've got each home team advancing. Quote
siouxforce19 Posted March 10 Posted March 10 I think Western could win their series as the road team. Just based on how SCSU has been playing. But then I thought SCSU wasn’t playing well at this time last year and then they won the Frozen Faceoff so… Quote

farce poobah Posted March 10 Posted March 10 Home teams were 8-0 this last weekend of regular season, so I predict that pattern to continue. Quote

I have a sneaking suspicion that Miami should be a surprise. I agree with winning in three, but the first two games are gonna be very difficult. Quote

I'm looking for a convincing sweep on home ice for the Sioux. Anything else is...? Goon? 2 Quote

WMU just swept them, outscoring them 9-3 in the process. If UND can’t take care of them in 2 games, not many are gonna be confident in much success at NCHC tourney or NCAAs. Quote

Omaha at Baxter vs. Miami at REA is an apples to (insert whatever isn't close to an apple) comparison. Miami isn't close to what Omaha is. Omaha is 11th in the pairwise, Miami is 47th with 1 league win. I didn't expect us to sweep Omaha during senior weekend at Baxter with their season hanging by each game they play from here on out. I do expect us to sweep Miami. 7 Quote

You'd think the team was headed to Magness as the 6th seed. Quote
