i agree it seems like a good hire but it will be VERY hard for him to not leave it better than he found it.  VB should be fun again soon!

The bar is as low as it can go, no doubt!   Which for a young coach looking for opportunity, makes the gig all the more attractive.   Will be fun to see this get built from the ground up.

The top handful of MN HS VB teams would have stomped this year's UND team.  I remember when going to a UND VB match was full of high quality skill, very competitive and fun to watch.

Having 2 setters for the next 8 years would be a good start to the rebuild

Get back to getting damn good setters to come here and develop them into all-stars.

I watched the press conference for Coach Tupac.  I am excited to see what he can do, impressed with what he had to say.  He also mentioned that in 2018 when he was in Grand Forks coaching with Denver he called his wife and said you would love it here in Grand Forks.  He said that North Dakota was a place on his radar to coach at.   Seems like he is checking all the boxes, now to translate to the court.

Sounds like that's a great start and he may do well.
? I have; how many other places were on his radar?
