Kaul also told a news conference that Blake, during the course of the investigation, had "admitted that he had a knife in his possession." When I've talked to Wynne, he seemed very hopeful regarding containment of the spread and maintenance of in-person classes. He's a realist who knows there will be cases, but wants to limit and contain those cases. Aren't those 86% out in the general public as it is? Going into a Walmart, grocery store and/or a restaurant?
