What should be on Bubba is the absolute lack of discipline showed by the team today.  Not only weren't they assignment sharp, but the stupid penalties, especially early on when we were still in the game, just killed us.  Off sides, delay of game - total crap.  My high school team played with better concentration.  They were not ready to play.

Absolutely, this was terrible all around. Just embarrassing.

So is South Dakota a legit playoff team or are we just playing that terrible today? It would make us feel better to think the first one of course.

Too early in the season to be sure. I think it's a little of both.

They look pretty solid. I want to see them against a team with ILBs that aren't the size of strong safeties though.

Don't think UnD beats many teams today.  Uninspired play, undisciplined play, online beat up and lb shortage is showing up.

I think it's more about not wrapping up on tackles and less about having big LBs.

We definitely need him.  However I question at this point if it is worth wasting a year of eligibility.  We are so weak up the middle right now though we'll probably have to do it.
