does not get Weber or Montana talent....never get grad transfer talent, almost  gets D1 transfers

Randy Rahe would win a lot of games with the players that are on the North Dakota roster......

Randy Marsh would win us as many games as we'll get this year with our current coach.

Can UND post a job for a super low level athletic department employee, just happen to hire a guy who is good at coaching basketball and then "promote" from within a day later?  Keeps the hiring process under the radar.

I love this idea.  Would love to see Chad Walthall sweeping floors next week.

Or put hand warmers on Brian Jones' seat. Keeping it hot.

I'm pretty sure that every employee hired at UND, like at most employers, has a trial or probation period. These employees on probation do not have the same rights as a permanent employee, so I don't believe they would be eligible for the immediate promotion. They would not be eligible until the end of their probation period (I think that most probationary periods are 90 days, I've heard of 6 month and 1 year periods for some jobs). They could apply for the better job as a part of the open application period. It would be pretty hard to hide a good basketball coach for 90 or more days.

Way to ruin a great idea.

Yah,  what a win.   At least they looked like a college team that likes to play together.   Let's see if they can do it twice.

This is as dumb as commenting after every loss. Should be 4-0. They did what they were supposed to once and blew out a team that they should have.

In what universe should they be 4-0?

That was what should have been expected before conference play started. Bad assumption on my part thinking they were going to show up at Portland State.

Amazing we beat SUU. They are in a much better climate than us and closer to the recruiting hot beds of California and Texas.

Guys - we all know 44 is a buffoon so why don't you just ignore him. Going back and forth with him serves no purpose and is getting very old!!
