Probably the buffet of free chicken wings and taco bar for a $5 drink.   In college we would go there and eat our meals there for $5.   They still have the cheapest burger on Sunday's !

Here are the latest population estimates for ND.   It shows a 0.29% increase for GF and an improvement over some of the previous years with decreases.   I'm not sure what to think about the increases for the cities in the Fargo metro area.   Looks like Horace will be a top 10 city in population very soon.

but that's normally the wall pepole can't get past...even if it small, medium, or large a no penalty withdrawl to pay that down seems like a way of getting people back in home ownership more...
