My wife came home a few minutes before Schmaltz's GWG in 2016, took a look at me gripping the couch, and turned around without saying anything. Looking forward to riding that roller coaster again!

When you are playing a team you are tangibly better than, it is important to not let them hang around.

Jump on them early, put 2 or 3 on the board.

Then stay out of the box and roll four lines.

We'll wear them down with our depth.

Then we'll check another box and get ready for Saturday.

I think the most important thing is to get pucks on net with either a tip or a screen, we can't try to make this a highlight reel game. Can't be floating wristers unimpeded from the blue line and letting this goalie settle in and get comfortable.  I was watching replays of the goals in the 2016 regional... as good as that team was almost all the goals and a tip and/or a screen.

Right before gushing over 19th seed Merrimack some more
