brianvf Posted 23 hours ago Posted 23 hours ago Third period dominance once again sealed the deal! Good to see the special teams win a game too...PK went 4/4, PP 2/5. 3 Quote
tnt Posted 23 hours ago Posted 23 hours ago That game had me very worried. Didn’t think if we spent that much time in the box that it would come out well. If we take care of business at home against St. Cloud and Miami we can win the Penrose at home and not leave it to the last series at Western. Both series are going to be tough though since both are now fighting Duluth for home ice. 1 Quote

Popular Post Godsmack Posted 23 hours ago Popular Post Posted 23 hours ago So darn proud of the boys for getting the job done. Hoping Zmolek and Reschny will be alright. Hoping CC can help us in some sort of way, a win, heck even a tie. 1 9 Quote

Looked to me like after he tripped Resch, he rode him into the boards to maximize the possibility of injury - I’d say that’s one that should receive supplemental punishment… 7 Quote
burd Posted 22 hours ago Posted 22 hours ago I wonder if Zmolek’s absence as a leader was felt tonight? They seemed off stride for the first 40+ minutes. Quote
Popular Post brianvf Posted 22 hours ago Popular Post Posted 22 hours ago Good news initially, let's hope this is correct: https://www.grandforksherald.com/sports/und-hockey/cole-reschny-leaves-unds-4-1-win-over-minnesota-duluth-with-an-injury Quote But after UND's 4-1 win over Minnesota Duluth on Saturday in AmsOil Arena, UND head coach Dane Jackson gave a positive update. "Positive thing is I don't think there's anything major structurally," UND coach Dane Jackson said. "It's early but I think it looks more like a contusion than ligament damage, so that's the initial look, it's positive. But we don't want to get too far ahead of ourselves. Doc did a basic evaluation here. I'm sure we'll get some images of it. But I think that's the positive — it didn't look like there was any ligament damage." Quote After the game, Reschny was walking gingerly on his own power — without a brace or boot. 7 17 Quote

And then also cross-checked Croal five times in the head at the 2nd period buzzer...the scrum that Zam started with the late hit. Refs missed that one too. 4 Quote
