If a coach is unable to see the fire infront of him, it doesn't matter how good he is doing, he should be told hes doing a bad job and make a change to fix it. If I my job did 80 percent correct and 20 incorrect, I would be fired.

I know a guy who only is successful at his job 33.1% of the time ... and he ain't gettin' fired. ;)

Or could it be that more pitchers toss a baseball 100 MPH, and that is especially true for relievers and most teams recognize the danger of letting an SP go through a lineup 3 times

I think its more an issue with everyone trying to just hit HR instead of just getting on base. I think they have always thrown hard its more players wanting hr the on base.
