Different sport, but point still stands if your lead off is hitting .125 you dont leave him at lead off you either put him at the 7-9 spot or send him to 3A

Or could it be that more pitchers toss a baseball 100 MPH, and that is especially true for relievers and most teams recognize the danger of letting an SP go through a lineup 3 times

I think they have always thrown hard its more players wanting hr the on base.

southpaw Posted October 9 Posted October 9 I don't think I've ever mentioned Romfo in a post, let alone said anything negative about him. 🤷♂️ However, can we please talk about how much of a dictator the man in charge is? Sure, he takes a bit of feedback from his close allies before making decisions, but he doesn't listen at all to us, the ones doing the voting. I'm actually quite worried about what's going to happen in 2026 if he continues down this path. I don't think we'll ever see the voice of the voters heard again. It's as if you don't donate enough money or have enough power, your opinion doesn't even matter. The results so far are a mixed bag, including quite a few decisive mistakes. And for those who previously saw success and were at the top of the ladder, it's been quite the fall from grace. Schmidt needs to get back to being a man of the people. Fortunately, the UND athletic department still runs like a socialist country. 1 2
