You got it.  It was the Murray State Racers.

I would like to thank my father who told me that earlier this week, the last road win was against Bill Murray state.

We need to win road games against the playoff teams. Best road wins (excluding Great West) were Portland State only playoff teams road win (9-3) 2015, 2018 Sam Houston (6-5) and Youngstown (7-4) 2022. Looking at that, that lack of success with teams with winning records says it all.

UNI win was great, but not a playoff team. Team needs to refocus and not have a letdown after our first road win in nearly two years.

With new systems and better depth this team is better but needs to continue to improve. Self inflected wounds would be losses if on road against legit playoff teams or bubble teams.

The game at Southern Illinois in two weeks will tell me all I need to know about this team.

Great to keep raising the bar, next week we will take down a ranked team. Just a side issue but I believe we are 5-0 in covering the spread.

My bulletin points

* enough piling on the kicker; needs to improve, but it will

* enough irrelevant comparisons to 2024; who cares about that previous losing team that was led by Sleepy … onward

* enough bashing of Simon Romfo… kid is a baller

On to Youngstown State

what makes you think kositich knows what he's doing..why "but it will"....how why?

..we'd be more than likely 4-1 and a top 10 rank if kostitch was fired after last season...or the season before ...or the season before.....

what has simon done that even remotley says baller?  his bounce passes?

You're genuinely pathetic.

You are half right. You “don’t know what”  to tell him.

Shouldn’t he have the same common courtesy for guys like Simon Romfo?  He is no longer the starter like many of us had hoped, but he is still being a good teammate, so why continue to rip on him?

@SiouxBoys should have common courtesy it's the right thing to do. I like how Romfo is being a good teammate .

Cripes, with all this bickering, one would think we lost 35-7 yesterday.

I for one am enjoying the new energy and attitude Eric Schmidt has brought to this program.

I agree. Seems weird that people feel the need to bash Romfo and Kostich after yesterday, but here we are.

define "bash"...?

another missed fg....indoors....30 some yards...missed again....joke

and for every play that simon gets over someone younger and more talented is a step back towards bubba ball...decade by decade....eric seems to be righiting the ship very quickly but come on man....simon over deng deng is next level stuff
