Watching the gophers and all of the odd, 71, 81, & 91 numbers, was wondering at what point UND allows those numbers.  With a lot of leagues, and especially Major Junior donning those numbers, I am guessing it is a matter of time.

When I need to take a cab I can’t pay cash per company policy. Your credit card machine doesn’t work after you said you take cards that on you. I’m sure that is in no way what he did but I’ve done it.

If (and an IF) Dane gets the head coaching job...I'm hoping he brings on board at least one young up-n-coming assistant and cleans house with some of the others. 
I agree with you that the AD messed up this firing/hiring process.  I'm gonna be a UND fan regardless of who is HC next season, and hope that the boys get past some of the issues of this past year.  Seems like a lot of it had to do with the exiting SR class.

If that’s true, why are there so many rumors about current (high emphasis on current) players hitting the portal? Or recruits getting calls from other schools? Name the players, if you can’t/won’t, we have to assume you’re full of BS & just trying to do your friend a solid. And when you look at who’s left on the roster, of course they’re going to say that, or they fear they will have their ice time cut if DJ gets the job.
It is absolutely professional malpractice to ask or force these kids (they are still kids) to give any kind of comment/recommendations on the current coach or potential coach. Anyone who does that should be dropped as a candidate, & the administrator(s) should be fired on the spot.

So many have said it, which is why it probably won’t happen. But once again - slow down, wait for the tourney to at least get past the first round, do a real national search, talk to REAL former players & actually listen to their advice, & then pick the best candidate to restore our favorite hockey team to national dominance.

Seems like the rumors are all over the board, which is crazy.  Some rumors are saying that some players are staying or leaving regardless of the coaching decision.
Some rumors are saying that players will only hit the portal if Dane doesn't get the job.  Others are saying the opposite.
Hard to know what is true at this point.  I guess we'll all find out once the portal opens on Sunday and once the coaching decision is made.

And I have no doubt that recruits are getting calls.  Guys like Zellers & Laurila, with the great USHL seasons that they just had would prob be getting calls from other schools even if Berry hadn't been let go.  I'm hoping that guys like that stick with their commitment regardless of who gets appointed head coach, with the goal of trying to help get this program back to where it needs to be.  Those two would be big pieces of helping to propel this team to another level next year.  Plus, it'd be a pretty fun time watching Boisvert and Zellers rip it up together on the score sheet.

You might be right. On the flipside, we find out the daughter of the headcoach owns a logo? The logo’s on the team jersey? The legal papers for the logo were filed in 2020. The license was renewed in 2023? I think?  Did und find out about this when they owed money for using the logo? They owed money tonthe daughter of the coach? This is a ginormous red flag. Miller’s a huge red flag. Think about it. Colleges, nhl teams didnt want to touch miller. The commissioner of the nhl realizes this cant happen. So he releases a statement that miller wont be allowed to play in the nhl. But in their most infinate of wisdom. Our a.d. & coach think they can take this on? The repercussions of this would be serious. Special interest groups and the aclu would rip our university to shreds. Huge blackeye for und. On top of it all, throw in mis handled off ice player issues. Nattys would only be a mirage. This would point to lack of ethics, integrity, common sense and maybe intelligence?
