IMHO they should bring Schultz and Oneil in and let them grow with the team , we may take some lumps at first but we are growing our guys. We will still need some portal guys also.

I personally don't think O'Neill is ready yet, but completely understand if they bring him in

I would think based on numbers we will probably have to bring in one of or maybe two of Schultz, Simpson, Pilgram and O'Neil but I would say O'Neil would be the least ready at this point. Ideally they all play another year of juniors though.

Physically, O'Neill would be by far the most ready. Ideally, I agree they would all play a year of Juniors more, but would like to see at least one come in. I would also say, it's tougher to judge NTDP guys as well at times. The reason I would be adamant for at least one (maybe two) is optics. Hope they bring in both O'Neill and Schultz.

I saw O’Neill play against Fargo way back in September. I think he provides a style of game a lot of the team lacked last year. Probably would be better served with another year of juniors but I could understand if they wanted to bring him in.
