@UNDBIZ is correct. That's the foundation fee. Which I understand is probably a necessity. I get that. We dealt with that during the Impact Scholarship Campaign during the transition. It was a surprise, but I understand that part of it. Cost of doing business.

So UND is taking $25k without the money flowing through the foundation?   Just because their name is associated with the NIL money raised?

Has nothing to do with the foundation. They take their 10% for everything.

The 25k is a separate licensing fee to raise money for UND in the name of UND under their namesake.
