Their support focuses on their top priority, but the initial facility donations and subsequent support continue to benefit not just hockey, but MBB, WBB, VB and if not directly, at least indirectly our other sports. For those who have served on Foundation Boards or similar, I believe it’s clear the best response isn’t to criticize their generosity, but simply say thank you. Shouldn't having 52% of the FB revenue go to REA be stopped? I believe that is a legitimate gripe. 2 Quote

108498 Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago I am curious if the players were together when the playoff selection was released. Did the coaches call everyone and say, "Hey get your pads and helmet. We got a game to prepare for." Quote
108498 Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago I am happy they made it. I wasn't ready for the season to be over. 1 Quote

Why can't or... why isn't football, basketball, and the other sports developing a different revenue stream? Same with basketball. We have NIL money for all of the sports. UND football is really close to being on the rise with the new coaching staff, but this is year one. Basketball has a beautiful facility, but it is half empty for many games. I know this because I go to many games with my daughter. I don't blame that on the Engelstad funding issue. I blame that on one bad coaching hire(s) and decisions. For the record, I like the new women's basketball coach. He has one hell of a hole to dig out of to right the ship. 1 Quote

Not sure but assume it's true. Like I posted earlier, KEM was at the Bison game and would assume she enjoyed it and the atmosphere. Hopefully she'll get more involved with fb. 2 Quote

UND is responsible for the Alerus and FB revenues not a generous donor. I’ve stated my opinion and will respond to this on a separate thread but let’s not digress from UND FB. 1 Quote
