Bubba coached Duluth 2004-2007. Duluth’s titles were 2008 and 2010. And. Is this Schmidt’s year after bubba? 5 Quote

Langama can play in 3 more games left to keep his red-shirt. Depending on Z's timeline, save him for the 3 Dakota schools. Shouldn't need him for ISU-B or Murray St. 4 Quote

Typically physicians don't even want them to do any rehab or upper body strength during those 4 weeks. So typically 6-8 weeks. Now being a college athlete and going through sport specialty orthopedics, they can monitor the healing process much more closely with more appointments to be able to be aggressive, but I'm still thinking 4 weeks is doubtful 1 2 Quote

GoodGood Posted Monday at 07:25 PM Posted Monday at 07:25 PM Is Langama good enough where you have to worry about if he’ll even be here for 4 years? If there’s a doubt, just play him and screw the redshirt Quote

Playoff committee has us at #8 right now, which would be a 1st round bye. So run the table would mean 1st round bye for sure. I think 1 loss we would still have a chance, since that would mean a win over the current 1st or 2nd ranked team. 1 Quote

Also a bonus that playoff games don't count towards the 4 games anymore, though Z would hopefully be back by then. Quote True freshman running back Charles Langama of Maple Grove saw his most extensive action of his career against SIU. "We feel like we're pretty deep there," Schmidt said. "We've been waiting to use Chuck all year long. We really wanted to protect him (in playing four games and maintaining a redshirt season). We want it to be meaningful if we're going to use his true freshmen year here. We'd still want to keep him to four games, but I think Colton Brunell and the emergence of Sawyer (Seidl) ... we think (Seidl) can be an every-down back. Then (Xavier Leigh) has got to be a guy here who can step up and get some tough yards in between the tackles, as well. Quote
