Is that the first winless series against Bemidji ever?

A lot of firsts with Brad Berry, and very few are good.

This is an incredibly average team.  Not fun hockey to watch.  Just cringing much of the time, with the blind passing and failure of effort to catch important passes.

I was told in the Facebook group that parity is the reason for that.

Ahh. I must have missed that memo. I guess several other teams never received (or ignored it) it either.

I’m not even sure they are average right now to be honest.

I like the sweep prediction but do you really see us getting 5 goals against them in one night? I think we maybe get that many the whole weekend.

Oh, man you were so darn close. Just one shy of 5 goals scored by UND and damn near a sweep…oops, by BSU.  Never mind.  Fire Hak!

Final non conference record:  5.17-5.83. Went 2.17-1.83 against RM and BSU. Only won 1 of 4 games in regulation (and 3 of 4 were at home). Wow.

RMU and BSU were at worst equal to UND.  At times they were both much better.  Let that sink in.

UND should have a lot more goals in the last few weeks.  They have the fire power.  When you shoot, from time to time, you need to shoot from weird locations and look for the garbage to clean up.  It puts the other team’s head on a swivel and makes it hard to know where the attack is coming from.

It would also help to put shots on goal. God, they miss the net a lot.

After tonight we will have played 40% of the regular season. Coming into this game we have a non-conference record of 4.67-4.33. This is a very average hockey team right now. Their chances of making the NC$$ tourney is not very good if they lose one or more this weekend and they are in trouble tonight. They will need to go on a huge run the rest of the season or win the frozen faceoff in order to lose another first round NC$$ game. Very unimpressed with Berry as a head coach.

Playoffs?  Playoffs? You’re talking playoffs?

Said the same thing last week when he bailed out the team against RMU.  TJ comes in and prevented this team from getting swept with some huge stops.

Just wasn't Hobie's night.  It happens.  The third goal was an awful bounce, but getting him out was the right thing to do.

Wow...pretty brutal product to watch in a really brutal arena.

Too bad the boys didn't play the full 60 like they were down 0-2. Different team the last 8 min

That is their pattern. Their culture only comes thru when they trail late.

What a bad couple weekends in a row.

I didn't hear any further mention of Strinden, did anyone?  Probably "just a bruise" like Louie and he'll be out until Feb.
This is a turd of a team right now.  Defensive breakdowns, horrible passing, can't hit the net, and when they do...right into the logo.

Now heading to Miami.  I wouldn't be shocked by any outcome next weekend.
