Now I am starting to worry a little.

Another penalty with no scoring for UND.  All those passes lets the other team set up.  But mavs now score by shooting shooting shooting.  UND becomes very predictable.

1. At least UND IS starting to release the puck on the net from more unexpected areas.  

2. It is sadly frustrating to watch UND players who are skating full steam to an open area and they try to thread the needle to a player with no momentum and in some cases looking for a give and goal but the other team gets it and transitions the other way.

I'm guessing this won't be a popular take here, but that was actually a solid period by UND.  Omaha didn't have much for scoring chances, but a couple bounces ended up in the net.  I'm still optimistic.

Omaha hosts in sioux falls it will be a bad spot for the ncaa if they get in.  We can't play them round 1.

UND has not been impressive at all this weekend.  Could change with 2 periods to go, but not looking good.  They don't seem to know how or be willing to work hard enough to overcome constant pressure by Omaha.  Guess what, you are going to get nothing but that in the playoffs.
