I’m not a fan of our top line out there in that final minute.

Completely agreed.  Great time to put the Ness line out with Montgomery and just do whatever the hell they want to to run it out.

Blake is fun to watch. So much talent and ice smarts.

Needs to live to play another day in his own end and just inside the opposing blue line though, when  a turnover can create a breakaway.  Riverboat gambling doesn’t go over well in the NCAA tournament and in the NHL, so needs to start adjusting now.

Hell learn to dial back the dangle a little against the better teams.  BU on the road will be a great test for these guys.

October has been a hell of a test, love how battle tested they’ll be before they even hit nchc play

Btw, it's hard to tell if you're not in the rink, but Montgomery seemed to have a solid game last night.

Agree...he looked solid.

Berg and Pyke had great games.

They were 2 of my 3 stars along with Perrson.

What’s Albrecht’s status?

Awfully early to be stacking up injuries.

Per Schloss Berry said illness. He didn't play last two periods because he was sick. Not sure why you'd even dress him knowing he wasn't 100% feeling well.

I know it is still very early but they still seem very discombobulated out there and play is choppy.  Despite that to be able to put up 6 against a good team, not too shabby.

I think their breakout (escape) passing is already better than last year, though they were last year.   Some misses and turnovers, of course, but they are pretty composed.  But again, that's from a watching-tv perspective, not the best way to judge overall play.

If someone has a contagious illness (influenza), they shouldn't even be in the locker room. You don't want that spreading throughout the rest of the team.
