If I recall we were excited to get him when he was recruited, and if think back I want to say he had an offer from a little school called Cornell (maybe you've heard of it) which certainly would have been a nice route to go from and education standpoint. It will be interesting to see where he lands. Quote
geaux_sioux Posted April 8, 2022 Posted April 8, 2022 Too bad. Another in a line of promising recruits from Michigan that just don’t work out. Quote

AJS Posted April 20, 2022 Posted April 20, 2022 Looks like Buckner had Youngstown and WIU offers from the MVFC. Appears to be a really nice commitment. Quote

Hardcore Hawk Posted April 25, 2022 Posted April 25, 2022 Just over a 1,000 rush yards in over 4 seasons, seems like he'd be a decent depth guy, but we've got a pretty crowded RB room Quote

The spring roster shows five: Skokna, Mitchell, Ziebarth, Smith, Pride Admittedly they list the new Romfo as a WR (and not as RB I'd expected). Injuries pile up as the season progresses.
