Tier 1 SDSU, NDSU, ORU Tier 2 USD, UND, UMKC, WIU Tier 3 St. Thomas, DU, Omaha However, I believe the gap between tier 1 and tier 2 is bigger than between tier 2 and tier 3. ORU has done a good job in shoring up their guards, so its not a given they would drop (and if they did, it wouldn't be far enough to go into tier 2), especially with Obanor.
