UND @ Miami -- Friday Gameday

Recommended Posts

Congrats to the NCHC refs, picking up the tie on behalf of Miami. I’m still completely mystified by the no goal call.

UND should seriously protest that absolutely horrible call.  We are the most powerful program in the league in terms of revenue...

Fortunately, that does not impact officiating (or at least it shouldn't)

Start tomorrow night 5-4 with 28.5 seconds left on the clock?

There were still some perplexing calls, none more so than the absolutely horrible no goal.

Piss poor result.

Goes as a tie for Pairwise.

Not sure who was worse down the stretch.....Stripes or Weatherby

don't forget giving up 2 goals on your first two shots again in the first

Lot of sloppy plays. Frisch no-look turnover. JBD cross ice pass to nobody to name a few.

Anybody clarify the rule about the puck touching the Miami stick after the high-stick?

Nullifies the high stick.

It's a good goal on any interpretation

If our guy did high stick the puck the Miami player would have to possess the puck to negate the high stick.  Not just touch it.

Does it really matter?  Nothing is going to happen or they’re going to say whoops we missed a call
