KC had scored on every possession to that point. That was BUF admitting they couldn't stop KC and couldn't afford to go down two scores. It was a desperate gasp to head off disaster that failed ... yet worked when KC stopped themselves by fumbling out of the end zone.

Patrick Mahomes is the best pure athlete to ever play QB in the NFL. He is almost unstoppable when the game is on the line. Three titles in five years and the first back-to-back Super Bowl titles since the 2003-2004 Patriots. And Mahomes is still fairly young. A three-peat is a distinct possibility.

I agree on Mahomes.   Great player and fun to watch.  Big question now is how many KC assistants get hired away starting tomorrow?
