Fetch Posted October 17, 2015 Posted October 17, 2015 (edited) I can pronounce & spell that name This has potential to be historic like Dubs was last yr for Wild Go Anderson Edited October 17, 2015 by Fetch Quote
siouxnami Posted October 17, 2015 Posted October 17, 2015 6-2 with Carl Goehring picking up his first college win in 15 years... 4 Quote
siouxforce19 Posted October 17, 2015 Posted October 17, 2015 As expected, Cam is out tonight. Wolanin is back, but playing LW. Gersich and Janatuinen still out. All info from Brad.Wolanin showed some amazing offensive skill in Portland. Maybe he's played up there before?Wolanin was a forward up until like 2 years ago... Quote
keikla Posted October 17, 2015 Posted October 17, 2015 Wolanin was a forward up until like 2 years ago...That would make sense then. I figured someone here would know the history. Thanks! Quote

Cratter Posted October 17, 2015 Posted October 17, 2015 (edited) Johnboy will be attending his first UND hockey game tonight. Excited I get to see a walk-on in goal. You'll enjoy the closest thing North Dakota has to a pro team (arena size, drafted players, coaches that go straight to the NHL head coach position). Edited October 17, 2015 by Cratter Quote
brianvf Posted October 17, 2015 Posted October 17, 2015 Cagguila - Schmaltz - BoeserThat line has potential to be very, very good.Let's hope that all three of them can get rolling tonight. All of them have played well but not shown up on the scoresheet too much thus far.9 Drake Caggiula–8 Nick Schmaltz–16 Brock Boeser9 Drake Caggiula–8 Nick Schmaltz–16 Brock Boeser 1 Quote
90siouxfan Posted October 17, 2015 Posted October 17, 2015 I am curious, when you refer to Hyrcules as a walk on, do you really mean a non scholarship player, or an actual unknown player that just showed up and tried out? I could have swore there was a press release or article about him before he got to campus. Quote

The other guy, Anderson, is a student at UND that joined the team because they needed a another practice goalie since Tomek has been injured. Quote

I Ranger Posted October 17, 2015 Posted October 17, 2015 I said this when I first heard St. Clair being out the first half but you have to think Murphy is kicking himself for leaving. He would have gotten a lot of minutes and definitely could use him now. 1 Quote
Cratter Posted October 17, 2015 Posted October 17, 2015 (edited) lol I hope it's fun. I cannot give two craps about that stuff though. You're use to Bison football games. So that's will be an easy bar to beat. You can drink at the Ralph. They have two bars that are jam packed that overlook the ice. There's a band that plays in the concourse during intermissions, etc.Only thing that makes it better are wins and UND is pretty banged up right now. Edited October 17, 2015 by Cratter Quote
WiSioux Posted October 18, 2015 Posted October 18, 2015 Who else is a Brad's blog/chat reader? On my computer the chat is small again... is there a better way I should be looking at it? Otherwise I will just switch to my ipad and it should work better. Quote
