I'd guess there's a pretty good chance the rapist was on campus either before or after he left the apartments. And how does brewciani justify a driver paid 80k a year to get all around Fargo off campus yet not notify students about this incident happened 121 feet off campus? They did catch a man and woman for a string of gas station robberies but now you have a murder, a sexual assult, and now a new robbery. Two suspects, one white male and one black male, reportedly entered the store wearing masks. One of the suspects displayed a handgun and demanded money from a store employee. No one was injured. It makes certain people in small towns around North Dakota crabby when we talk about real problems in real North Dakota cities like Fargo. Everything is fine in Fargo. The police are telling the citizens and people who live there everything to be wary of. FPD would never hold off on briefing the city much less the city's leaders. Fargo police probed gangs for nearly a year before briefing city leaders City Commissioner Dave Piepkorn, who became the commission's police liaison after his election in June, said he felt blindsided when he got the briefing in late January. "I had no idea all that was going on. I live in north Fargo. I had no idea." "My main thing was, 'Wow, we have to aggressively do something or it's just going to grow,' " he said. Meanwhile, up in Grand Forks, there's a problem with synthetic drugs that haven't been "cut" and lead to overdoses. And out west (the Bakken) is, well, the Wild West 2.0.
