Godsmack Posted February 22 Posted February 22 I’m sure there’s a lot of talk about the missed call on the two many men on the ice by the U.S. but as Frank Serratore famously said in a post game interview following being tossed by the refs for clapping, if you look hard enough, you can find missed calls on just about every shift. 2

I probably skewed it by wanting someone to step up when we couldn’t even get a sniff, especially on our 4 minute power play which was abysmal. Being the goal scorer that he is, I wish he would have been a little more selfish on some of the early chances, but I will say the team as a whole got into a pure defensive posture out of the 5-3 power play by Canada, which isn’t conducive for any one individual to turn it around when the transition game just wasn’t there.
