Not that it would solve all issues regarding NCAA football, but wouldn't it be nice if coaching hires and the transfer portal was froze until after the final buzzer....

I don't think the portal is open yet, but players can announce their intention at any  time.

Probably prefer them to announce now rather than late in the process. Although, announcing now also makes it seem like minds could have been elsewhere as the season went on.

Get rid of conference championship games, install play in games, move Army-Navy to week zero, and wrap the thing up by New Years.

No doubt, the thought of 2 true Freshman would most certainly cause that.

It used to bother me because I felt that they were betraying their teammates, coaches, the support staff that helped them with logistics and academics and The Flagship, now I'm numb to it, which is probably a good thing.

Unfortunately I’m still in stage 1 and it still bothers me.

I’d rather have the guys here who really really want to. They’ll perform better when it matters.
