Everyone does tickets sold.  Need 11000 again!!

SDSU counts people through the turnstile...butts in the seat.  We've had sellouts -- no tickets available -- and the reported crowd is a less than the posted capacity of 19340.  Some seats are empty because the fans who have those seats are elsewhere in the stadium (e.g. the Steigelmeir Student Athlete Center at the north end of the stadium usually has a lot of people watching from inside or on the second-floor outdoor deck).

Back to the topic:  Your game against Youngstown is intriguing.  Concern about YSU's quarterback is warranted.  Video from SDSU's game at YSU last weekend will show SDSU was out of sorts in the first half but a lot of the credit goes to YSU for ending the half up 17-7.  SDSU made some great adjustments at halftime and pounded on YSU in the third quarter but YSU stayed in the game and made it close in the end when SDSU was playing well.  That's a dangerous team.  Good luck.

12k is almost the norm now… just need to upgrade the Alerus a bit to make it the true home of UND football and we’ll be there. History matters.

And we’ll be hosting a hell of a lot more than 1 playoff game per year. Clear your December schedule - it will be 2-3 playoff games in the Alerus each season.

Im trying to be realistic until we being the other dakota schools, then I will be completely unreasonable with my expectations to the point that Jerry will win it all for us.

Thanks for the insight. Will need to play well to win Saturday

We made their QB look like Tebow 2.0 last year. Didn't he run for like 150 yards on us all by himself?  He will get some yards and some nice runs on the ground against us tomorrow,  we just have to keep it reasonable and make the important 3rd down stops when needed.

Offense get out to a quick start and keep the pedal to the metal!

Wait, you were trying to be realistic?
So was I…

12 K per game

2 to 3 games in the Alerus Center per December

maybe not this weekend, but very soon…

Book it.

It's time to start thinking big regarding FB at UND. That means raising expectations. I believe Schmidt has the same idea.

I am hoping we get ignited by the crowd like SU game from two years ago and roll to a win, by having YSU be more predictable with us playing with a big lead.  If YSU plays in front early, it may be a Jerry leading us on a game winning drive in the end.

On UNDFootball 360 Schmidt said their QB has a knack for working way to sideline and stepping out of bounds without taking many hits.  Hopefully we can counteract that and put some licks on him when he runs.

After getting completely destroyed by one player last year, our guys will be highly motivated, better coached,  better schemed, more confident......and the Alerus Center. And I think the crowd will be fairly amped up. Recipe for a UND victory but will be a tough game.

UND 34-27

We lost that game in OT. This year we win by two scores at least.
