Fortunately, feel like that doesn't really compete with UNDs player type that they recruit, just not really paid internship personalities hahah. They'd rather work in the hockey world or maybe construction, real estate, etc something along those lines once they hang up the skates. Quote

The guy you wanted didn’t want it the second, third, and fourth didn’t even get contacted. You settled for a guy the entire fan base didn’t want. St. Cloud handedly got better guys interested. Not even close IMO. By your logic, David Carle wasn’t as good of a candidate as any current coach at the time. Oliver has always been considered as an up and comer, and Herter has been integral in not one but two different teams winning championships. Quote
