His going to UND was good for UND but a case can be made not for Bo. If he would have had a qb to show case his talents he might have been invited to one of the senior bowls and offered a spot for the NFL combine. Just my opinion. Bo played way more at UND than he would have at NDSU, even Bryce Lance was buried on the depth chart. By getting to play that much allowed Bo to develop into the player he became. I don’t think he has any regrets! Quote

AJS Posted Wednesday at 03:15 PM Posted Wednesday at 03:15 PM Found this interesting. Some schools with offers that overlap with the players listed. NDSU 15, SDSU 7, Montana 5, Montana State 3, USD 1 The USD with 1 really stuck out. Also, with the 15 same offers with NDSU, UND offered first 8 times vs 7. Even balance, not like one team is offering and then the other team is shortly following up with an offer. Quote

fightingsioux4life Posted Wednesday at 06:43 PM Posted Wednesday at 06:43 PM To help get my mind off the current sorry state of UND athletics, I watched the Division 2 National Title game from December 8th, 2001 on YouTube last night. Here is a link: During the broadcast, there was an advertising spot promoting UND athletics. It aired a couple of times during the game. Here is a link to it. Two things said in that spot stuck out: "UND players contend competitively with the nation's best". "Fighting Sioux athletics have a long tradition of producing champions in the classroom and on the playing field." Can we please get back to those things? In all sports? Instead of coming up with excuses for why it just cannot be done? PS: Even after all these years, it was satisfying to watch us win that game. 4 Quote
