It’s crazy looking back at the defensive staff during Eric’s time here and almost no changes. Just Gigli leaving and Marty Rodgers really. Can’t find where that guy is but probably would have an NFL alum in Jeremy Chinn if he would have stayed.

If our coordinator salaries are in the $150k neighborhood, it would be possible.  Looks like is NIU salary in 2023 was $120k.

Rodgers was the first name I thought of when Schmidt got the job.

Buddy of mine has season tickets to UW and is very connected like @Shawn-O and @Cratter are here. Said the program was very high on Schmidt while he was there.
