Sioux seemed to have a little extra jump out there in the 3rd period; glad to see them playing a lot of offense and keeping the Huskies pinned in their own end.  That's the kind of effort they need to have every time they hit the ice.  Nice job boys!

Am I right that Berry refused to shake hands with Larson and barked at him instead?  Interesting - Berry being firey is exactly what many here have been calling for.

He's also talking about winning in a parking lot or a back alley.  I'm liking his attitude the last few weeks.

I was very wrong about what we’d see this weekend. Major props to the guys for having the mental toughness to stay in the game after going down 3 separate times.

Good momentum but still a hill to climb. Bemidji being an anchor negated the pairwise gain from the OT win. Grind through the NCHC schedule and get to that Fargo regional!

BSU and Cornell series are gonna haunt this team for awhile.
Hopefully they can overcome and get to the top 15, but if not they can look back on those two weekends.

One of the silver linings of the injuries is the ice time the young guys are getting. They are starting to figure it out. It will be interesting to see what happens when our injured players come back.

UND could have won it 4 or 5 time in the 3rd period tbh 

Puck luck aside I love what I saw this weekend.  SCSU was completely gassed by the end of tonight and were hanging on for dear life while UND came in waves.  This team while inconsistent at times with freshmen mistakes is resilient and played a hard defensive game against a top 10 team and looked like the better team for most of the series.  I just pray there's enough runway for this team to grow into their potential and show what they can do in the NCAAs.
