The Alerus not having the technical capabilities now but it was possible a while ago is laughable and disappointing. 

The question I was responding to is why the Alerus Center entrance is light years behind the REA for intros.
I'm sure they could do some sort of tunnel walk, no clue why they have chose to do it the way the do.

Didn’t think you and Chaves were on speaking terms.

Now su's Larson is no longe on the committee it will be interested to see if UND doesn't get slighted this year, maybe even something good? Kolpack says UND gets in with a 7-5 because of our SOS - but it's not gonna be an issue because we are gonna be 8-4.

Assuming we win the next two, we have to hope for the 7 or 10 seed to stay out of NDSU bracket. Mercer is #7 on that one., interesting when I look at their schedule, their game against UC Davis on August 23rd was canceled. But now they play Auburn the last weekend of the season on November 22nd. So they will likely have another loss, but an FBS loss. They have one FCS loss 15-10 to Presbyterian at beginning of the season. 

Mercer lost 31-7 to NDSU in playoffs last year.

Two years ago, we got a home playoff game without a great resume. So I'm thinking even 7-5 might get us a home game.

Lot's of angst about playing NDSU again on here.  I'm not convinced their offense plays any better in Fargo, and I don't think ours could play much worse.  When two competitive teams play a second time, history favors the team that lost the first game.  I'm not saying I'd rather play NDSU, but I think the team that has the biggest reason to not want a rematch is NDSU.

Are teams seeded 9 - 16 guaranteed a home game now?  Or is it strictly based on a bid?  Or is discretion allowed?

No bids anymore is my understanding. Higher seeds hosts.

Pretty sure they did for one year (2016?) with Bubba. Atleast them opening the door to the locker room to seeing them walk out, not sure if it followed them completely, or just the door opening and them starting to come out then switched to video before switching back to them being at the entrance to run onto the field.

I'm convinced the only way the run NDSU is on will end is with UND knocking them out of the playoffs.  I'd welcome the chance to go to Fargo and do it in front of their home crowd.

I also like our chances much more with Gavin back.
