Pass the gummies on the left hand side …

New favorite contender....  when Bubba gave the fan base a big fu in the post game interview.

This gets my vote. Burn it down, Bubba! You just have two people to con, nobody else matters, especially your team and those that coach under you!

For those who didn’t see it, what did he say?

Did Bubba call UND-fandom "noise" save for two voices?

Yes. Right on par with the tone-deafness that has now caused him to lose his team / players. Student-athletes evidently stopped playing hard for him the past 5 plus weeks (I’d argue game in Fargo was pretty darn uninspiring as well).

and then UNI was pretty good.. I have a hard time saying the players stopped playing hard until really the very last game.  The Illinois state game was pretty bad.. quite a few drops etc.. but I think the effort was there the other games.. just turns out we arent very good.

I have "minimal" issues with Bubba as HC up to this point.  He fired his OC at one point when it was needed, maybe a year too late but his timing wasn't totally unreasonable.  Bubba obviously believed he had a few more years in him after last season.  The fall-out wasn't expected (to him) with OC, O-line Coach, starting O-Lineman leaving and at that point he tried his best given the fall-out.  Bubba made the wrong call after last season in hindsight as many have noted but he's a fighter too and believed in himself and the University.  At 4-1 and 5-2 this season it looked like he was going to pull it off and have a successful season.  As it sits today however, going forward, I probably will put most of the blame on the old Ball Coach if he doesn't step down.  Bubba has more pride, passion, love for UND than 99% of us.  I'm sure he's not feeling good about the finish.  If he steps aside this week I am good with that.......he took a shot, wanted many National Titles, failed, but was man enough to go for it.  I have known Bubba for 30 years and I am cutting the guy some slack up until this point in the program.

Minimal = Road record, Defensive philosophy, recruiting battles, never wowed by QB position talent, could have turned it over to Danny last year

Favorite Moment - Kicking the crap out of the Bison and my kids rushing the field after the game.  Honorable mention is Deion Harris "To The House" comeback W.

I can’t tell if this is satire or not

He didn't expect that fallout? Really? What was he paying attention to instead?

The beauty of command: It's all owned by the commander, good or bad. He owns a BSC title; he owns turning 4-1 to 5-7.

Nice guy, not a championship coach, which is okay. Have to be able to separate the two.
